Thermal plate:

Vacuum:

SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
- To assess the amount of material evaporated from the sample during the thermal vacuum test a TQCM (Temperature-controlled Quartz Crystal Microbalance) is used. Sensitivity: 1.96 x 10-9 g/cm2
- For RGA analysis (Residual Gas Analysis) a quadrupole is attached to the chamber. Mass range: 1-300 amu
- Cold plate (ø100mm) for trapping volatiles is available; Tmin -40 °C
- To allow the connection of measurement devices for the characterisation of the test object the chamber is equipped with wide variety of vacuum flanges
- Three electrical feedthroughs, each with 24 pins available for data acquisition and test article power management
