Admatis is responsible for the design, development and testing the passive and active thermal control hardware (THW) of the Camera Support Unit (CSU) for the Comet Camera (CoCa) instrument.
This instrument will fly on Comet Interceptor, a mission under ESA’s Cosmic Vision programme, launched to study a dynamically new and pristine comet — or even a potential interstellar object in the future.
Successful thermal vacuum cycling is a major step forward in ensuring CoCa’s reliability in the harsh environment of space. Congratulations to everyone involved!
